A Little Bit More About Aprile

Hi, I'm Aprile, the daughter of a salesman, and sales is in my blood. As a young child, I would hang out at my father’s car dealership and I quickly learned from him how to talk to and relate to the customers.  I started my real estate career in Florida in 2002, and within two years I had topped $100 million in sales volume. I was blessed to break all sorts of sales records, including most new homes sold in a week, a month, six months and a year. In fact, I sold more than 300 homes in 2004 alone, ranking No. 1 for new-construction sales in the state. Now, my sales have reached over a half a billion dollars (yes, that's billion with a B), I am a Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist and I have been awarded the prestigious Million Dollar Guild certification for my accomplishments in the luxury market in Southwest Florida. My husband, Chad Osborne, and I have also sold homes and developments in Tennessee, Texas, and North Carolina and we were the founders of the 5 RE/MAX Distinction offices located in Naples and Bonita Springs, Florida.  It was there that I found my true calling as a teacher and sales coach, growing our RE/MAX offices from 0 to over 100 agents in the first year and making them the fastest growing RE/MAX franchises in 2012.  Agents were able to quickly learn and implement the simple systems that I teach, leading to thousands of transaction sides and almost half a billion dollars in sales for the offices in less than 3 years.  Somehow, during all that, I raised 3 beautiful children who are following in my footsteps to outstanding sales and now you can too!
